Like most condos or townhouses in British Columbia, Cranberry Commons homes are privately owned strata-titled properties. As in any strata, each owner has title to their individual unit, with its limited common property, and shares the common areas with all other owners. Cranberry Commons is governed by regulations of the British Columbia Strata Property Act and our Strata LMS4503 bylaws and guidelines.
